So, i took pictures inbetween some of the steps and here it is!
Ingrediants:
2/3 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla ( I used our homemade vanilla)
2 cups all purpuse flour (I used our whole wheat)
2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup diced, peeled tart apples
3/4 cup pecans

Get all the ingrediants out.

(2) Mill Flour

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla, then mix again.

Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda slowly and mix.

Then put in the chopped apples and nuts.

Scoop on to a greesed pan and heat oven to 375.

(8) Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Yields: 3 1/2 dozen.
