Apple Doodle Cookies~

Today I made some apple doodle cookies and I thought I would make a post about them.
So, i took pictures inbetween some of the steps and here it is!


Ingrediants:

2/3 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla ( I used our homemade vanilla)
2 cups all purpuse flour (I used our whole wheat)
2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup diced, peeled tart apples
3/4 cup pecans

Get all the ingrediants out.

(2) Mill Flour

(3)
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

(4)
Add the egg and vanilla, then mix again.

(5)
Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda slowly and mix.

(6)
Then put in the chopped apples and nuts.

(7)
Scoop on to a greesed pan and heat oven to 375.

(8) Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Yields: 3 1/2 dozen.

Well, right now I would have a bowl of homemade spicy green beans that my Mom makes.

Around 10:00

My friend made me a pures for my 15th birthday that is a quilted purese with a cherry fabric. Very cute!

Yes! I have 3 siblings.

I like ice pink and mint green

Share a favorite recipe!
This is a family favorite that my Mom Mom made and she gave us the recipe!

1,2,3,4 Cake

(All Ingredients need to be room temp.)

2 sticks of butter
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Dash of salt
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla

(1) Cream butter and sugar

(2) Add alternatly all other ingrediants except eggs and vanilla

(3) Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes~

Recipe~

Hello!

I am sorry I have not been writing!

Here is a recipe for Cheesy Chili Chips.

I made them yesterday, and I thought you might like to try them too!

Chili Cheese Chips

Prep Time: 20 min

Cook Time: 5 min

Servings: about 80 chips

1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Powder
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 package (10) corn tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
oil for frying

Directions

Combine Cheddar Cheese Powder and Chile Powder Deluxe in a paper bag. Deep fry corn tortilla wedges. Drain on paper towels. Add to bag and shake to coat. Remove and serve.
